LOBOT LLC is a software company based in Colorado. Our product is an AI assistant that helps mortgage teams follow up with and qualify new leads over text message. LOBOT is not a lender, mortgage broker, or creditor. We do not make lending decisions, do not offer or negotiate loan terms, and do not quote rates.

• You agree to use the site and service lawfully and not to misuse them.
• Business customers are responsible for the leads and content they send through LOBOT and for having appropriate consent to contact them.
• We may suspend or discontinue access for conduct that harms the service, our customers, or the people messaging with LOBOT.

Nothing LOBOT says, summarizes, or organizes is a loan offer, pre-approval, rate quote, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about any mortgage transaction are made solely by licensed professionals on the team you are working with.

Some borrower-facing messages, summaries, and communication-style analysis may be generated or assisted by AI. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Licensed professionals must review important information and remain responsible for lending decisions. They may override, correct, or require human review of any AI-assisted output.

• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your team's access list current.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach, including messaging consent, privacy, and mortgage advertising rules.

Parts of LOBOT are offered as beta or early-access features. They may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, may not be covered by any service commitment, and are provided for evaluation. Do not rely on them as the sole record of any conversation or borrower information.

LOBOT relies on third-party providers for messaging, hosting, AI processing, and CRM connections. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

You may stop using LOBOT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, or discontinuation of the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we will make reasonable efforts to let you export your conversation records.

The LOBOT name, wordmark, site content, and software are owned by LOBOT LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal personal or internal business use of the service.

The site and service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries will always be complete or accurate — licensed professionals should always verify important details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LOBOT LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost deals, arising from your use of the site or service.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
